The National Theological Task Force of ECO is a team commissioned by the Synod Executive Council for the purpose of resourcing the denomination with theological aids, and to lead the major undertaking of "Considering the Confessions".

ECO’s Confessional Standards

ECO has taken the next big step in the process of revising our confessional documents. We have our Confessional Standards which will include:

  1. The Nicene Creed

  2. The Apostles’ Creed

  3. The Heidelberg Catechism

  4. The Westminster Confession of Faith

  5. The Westminster Shorter Catechism

  6. The Westminster Larger Catechism

  7. The Theological Declaration of Barmen
